Week One Meal Plan

Breakfast: Egg and Guac tacos and Grilled Leek and Gruyere Frittata

Lunch: Asian Noodle Salad and Veggie Stir-fry over Spaghetti Squash

Diner: Mushroom Bulgogi over Brown Rice and Mushroom Austrian Stew over Brown Rice

Snack: Parmesan Pecans

*small update- we received massive snow and I didn’t buy enough soy sauce, so I swapped dinners this week

Week One

Voila! Week one is ready. I just need create calculations for the macros.

Here’s the plan: each the same meals M-W the swap to new meals T-S except for Sunday night for Sundaynoms!

Food prep happens Sunday before and then Wednesday night/ Thursday morning.
