Breakfast Week 1A Meal: Egg and Guac Tacos

Egg and Guac tacos

2 eggs

2 corn tortillas

2 tbsp guacamole

2 tsp shredded cheese

Hot Sauce

Heat up the tortillas on a non-stick pan without any oil. Cook your eggs to anyway that you like. Add the shredded cheese. Top with guacamole and hot sauce and you’re GTG.

Nutritional 307cals; 17g fat; 23g carbs

4 avocados                                                      1/4 c. chopped cilantro

1/2 chopped medium onion                          4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

2 roma tomatoes                                            juice of 1 lime

salt to taste
