When I originally cooked this recipe I gave it a 🙂

Boyfriend had no notes on this recipe and even asked me to make it for him again. He’s really good at picking out fruit and vegetables that are fruit, so I had him pick out these tomatoes at a Farmer’s Market this morning. The dish is made with fresh parsley but I think it would be better with fresh basil.

We had this dish with Miso-glazed Cod from Costco and roasted potatoes.
