Frankly, I don’t have much to write in this blog post about this vegetable side dish. Instead of calling it “Steam-Fried” it should just be sautéed since you are using olive oil for this dish and not adding water. Frankly this is just under seasoned sautéed zucchini. Not for us, although I’m adding the rest into my dinner meal this evening.
