
It isn’t as clear I had imagined, but oh my goodness, this is super tasty and fills the soul for this time of year. I’m an advocate for year long soup season, but this recipe to me screams Fall.
When I removed the chicken from the broth (you cook with a whole chicken) it simply falls off the bone. I was worried that the chicken would be overcooked, but it was way more moist than the roasted chicken.
I’m also a new fan of celeraic/ celery root. I feel like this month I am just falling back in love with root vegetables and I’m okay with that.
I have no critique of this dish at all.
