Welp, it’s been 2 weeks and here’s a list of my thoughts.
- I had a slip up this week due to sickness and my birthday so I didn’t cook all that I had planned on cooking.
- Holidays are a terrible time to meal plan, so next week I’m doing half a week plan.
- I need to re-calibrate my plan and plan for Monday-Thursday and then half the recipes for the remainder of the week. Most recipes are yielding about 4 servings and sadly we don’t have 8 day weeks.
- I’ve slipped up and eaten meat twice- once each week. The first week because I was sugar detoxing and crashed in the middle of the night. The second time was this morning because I didn’t have breakfast prepped and stopped for fast food.
