Originally when I made this recipe (date unknown) I gave this a 🙂. Our major complaint was that it lacked salt. Ironically, I kept looking at my salt container, tempted to sprinkle some in the seasoning blend, but I wanted to stick true to the recipe. My other complaint, and this is totally a blunder on my part, but I burnt the underside slightly and that led to a really bitter taste of the seasoning. The recipe called for the fish to be served with potatoes and side salad. I made roasted ranch potatoes.
