Technically this is Broiled Chicken Fusilli Marinara. It was raining and the pollen has been killer so I wanted to prevent the grill master from dealing with pollen. So I broiled the chicken instead and it was nice and juicy. I was hesitant about the cauliflower fitting into this dish, but it was surprisingly good, the boyfriend said that he had no doubt. He had zero critiques, only that we didn’t have any croutons for our side salads, but he’s going to pick some up this weekend. This was super tasty and very filling. I’ve made this Triple Tomato Marinara several times by now and I love it still. Even better to have a glass of Merlot with dinner after what’s left from using it in the sauce.
