Hard pass. I knew I wasn’t going to like this but I wanted to try if I’ve just had bad gazpachos in the past. I think the conclusion is that I just don’t like gazpacho. Cold veggies floating in cold tomato soup is not the dish for me.

The only good thing is that I liked the sherry vinegar kick in the soup. Other than that, it’s not for me

I’m going to try a White Gazpacho next week but I won’t cook too many soups since it’s starting to warm up around here.
