This halibut is sooo good. Halibut is pretty expensive in my area so I’m so glad that it turned out as good as it did. This technique seared the halibut on the stove and then finished in the oven. The halibut was perfectly cooked, not over cooked and super flaky and delicious. The Chermoula was good but I think that I like Chimichurri more as an uncooked herb sauce. I’m looking forward to cooking more halibut next week but I can’t all the time with the cost.

I served the halibut with roasted sweet potatoes that I seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper and cumin, and French Lentils
