We loved this dinner! I made the marinade following these instructions. I marinated the chicken for 6 hours and my boyfriend grilled them to perfection. I’m saving the recipe so that we can have them again sometime and I feel like it would be so good with grilled mushrooms also.

We ended up making mini pita sandwiches and that was not only a delicious idea, but a fun activity.

Pita Sandwiches:
Pita- this is my current obsession. Some store bought pita’s taste chemically to me, but not these. These are delicious!
Marinated Chicken
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus
Shredded Romaine Lettuce
Parmesan Cheese

I should have saved some of the marinade (pre-marinated) as a drizzle onto the sandwiches. I will save that idea for next time

My boyfriend asked me what I thought his critiques were, and he held up a sign for zero. Which for him is pretty impressive, since I feel like he always has feedback.
