Banana-Nut Smoothie

So much yum to start off the day. Honestly I would qualify this more to be a milkshake than a smoothie. There’s no ice cream involved but plenty of milk. I reduced how much milk the recipe called for since the original recipe is measured to 3 servings. But based on the nutritional information, it was plenty for a single serving for breakfast and reducing the milk to a cup from a cup and a half reduces the size and calories. I used almond butter in mine and didn’t measure out the vanilla and almond extracts. It’s topped with cinnamon, yum! I’m enjoying it here out of my new Boba Tea glass from Tea Drops.
