Teriyaki Sauce

I made this sauce for the yakitori party and I’m so glad I had this this week! Not only was this super tasty on the charred/ broiled food but it is a delicious dipping sauce! It’s super easy to make and takes less than 10 minutes with household ingredients. I’ve had store bought teriyaki sauce and I’ve always hated how salty/ artificial it tasted. This recipe thickens slightly with the equal portion of sugar to the liquids. I enjoyed this with rice and used as a dipping sauce with frozen items I had this week.
