Miso Soup with Tofu

I really enjoyed this. I’ve made miso soup before from the instant packet and other than taking a couple extra steps, this soup was just as easy to make as opening a packet. I really loved the smell when you add miso to the warmed dashi. While I enjoyed this soup, the boyfriend did not, but he wasn’t a super big fan of texture. I’m used to eating lukewarm miso soup before enjoying sushi so it was nice to be able to control the temperature of the soup.
