The chicken is like butter. Not to mention that there’s butter in the sauce too. Since it primarily tastes of chicken and onions, I’m super happy with the outcome. Not to mention, if you have Riesling after you cook it, just finish the bottle as you enjoy the dish. The buttery chicken complements the buttery wine.
