I love sausages. I was super excited about currywurst since I’ve made it once before, but this was a bit of a let down. It may not have been the recipe. I’m pretty sure I messed up the sauce and overchared the brat. I just didn’t like this as much as I have before. I may try to make the sauce again and cheat and use ketchup with the seasoning.
