I’m starting off a new approach to cheer up this garbage dump of a year. Each month I will select a county/ area/ style of food to cook all month. I’ll also provide research, talk about cooking techniques, how easy it is to find ingredients (in Virginia) and more! I won’t be providing the recipes because of copyright (yay,) but I will talk about my experiences cooking new dishes and will link to any recipes and cookbooks.
